In this hands-on cooking class, Sous Chef Alex of renowned french restaurant Bar-Roque, will teach the participants how to correctly cut up a whole chicken for the 3 dishes. Mastering these 3 dishes will allow the participants to cook a balanced and flavourful meal for a family of 4-5 using just 1 whole chicken. The 3 delicious dishes are:-

  • Grilled Chicken salad with Balsamic dressing
  • Chicken Gordon Bleu
  • Roasted Chicken thigh with creamy mashed potato, root vegetables and mushroom

Chef Alex will also teach the participants how to plate the 3 dishes so they not only taste good, but they will look great. Participants will be able to enjoy their own cooking after each dish in the comfort of our dining area.
